1. Who we are

2. What data we collect

Waitlist form. When you submit the waitlist form, we collect your email address and, if provided, your organisation name. This information is stored in Loops (our email platform) and used solely to send you updates about InstancePilot.

Analytics. This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service. It records page views, referrer, browser type, and approximate country. No cookies are set, no personal identifiers are collected, and individual users are not tracked across sessions.

Bot protection. This site uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish human visitors from automated bots. Turnstile operates invisibly in the background. It may process your IP address and browser signals on Cloudflare's infrastructure to generate a short-lived verification token. InstancePilot does not store or access this token or the underlying signals.

3. How we use your data

We use your email address and organisation name to send you product updates, early access announcements, and launch news for InstancePilot. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Third-party services

Loops (loops.so) handles email delivery and subscriber management. When you submit the form your data is transferred to Loops' servers. See the Loops Privacy Policy.

Cloudflare provides our CDN, DDoS protection, Web Analytics, and Turnstile bot protection. Cloudflare processes certain request metadata (IP address, User-Agent, country) as part of delivering and securing this site. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

5. Cookies and local storage

This site does not use first-party tracking cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may use a short-lived cookie or browser local storage to avoid re-running the challenge on subsequent visits. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not set cookies. No analytics or advertising cookies are used.

6. Data retention

Subscriber data (email, organisation) is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by emailing hello@instancepilot.com.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, or to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact hello@instancepilot.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our service evolves. Material changes will be announced via the product update emails you have opted into. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
